PALMDALE, CA- U.S. Representative Kevin McCarthy has endorsed Assemblyman Tom Lackey for re-election.

When announcing his endorsement of Lackey, McCarthy said, “I have always known Tom to be a receptive and encouraging leader. His one goal is ensuring that his constituents are taken care of. I fully trust him to represent the Antelope Valley.”

Lackey was elected to the State Assembly in 2014. Since then, he has been instrumental in providing jobs and opportunity to the Antelope Valley like introducing legislation that would establish the California Institute of Aerospace.

Tom Lackey is seeking re-election to California’s 36th Assembly District, which includes the communities of Lancaster, Palmdale, Rosamond, Mojave and California City.
