PALMDALE, CA – Assemblyman Tom Lackey has earned the endorsement of Westside Union School District Trustee Patricia Shaw. 

“Tom knows the tremendous value that education plays in the life of children, and it has shown in the work he has done on behalf of students and educators,” stated Shaw. “He has my full support.”

Assemblyman Lackey holds a bachelor’s degree in special education and began his career in education as an elementary teacher for children with special needs.  

Tom Lackey is seeking re-election to California’s 36th Assembly District, which includes the communities of Lancaster, Palmdale, Rosamond, Mojave and California City.
